Tessa had her 13th birthday yesterday, May 8th. She seemed to have a great day. Her friends decorated the inside of her locker by putting magnets on the back of candy and putting all over. It was a non-friend party year so she had a nice family party, we skipped all other activities (dance and soccer) to celebrate. She wanted to eat outside even though it was a little chilly. She chose taco salad, watermelon, and monkey bread for her cake. It was a yummy meal. She got clothes, serveral earrings - some specially made origami ones by McCoy, cute new polk-a-dot flip flops, and hair clips.
Tessa is such a great person. She is the favorite sister among her sisters. She is kind to everyone, and has a bubbly personality and infectious laugh. She has a lot of friends at school and is very well liked because of her personality. We love you, Tessa!!!

Tessa, you are so cute! Hope your day was great. 13 is a really big deal. Do you feel any older or cooler? You must have great friends--I would love to find candy all over my locker! Keep being sweet and enjoy your teenage years.
One of my favorite memories of Tessa is at her pre-school program when she shed tears the whole time but she looked so cute in her high top brown shoes. Look at her now.....winning trophies for her dancing but more importantly is her winning ways with her family and her friends.
Another teen running around in the family!! Tessa we love you even though you are l3. Make it a great year. Did you see Dalton's picture??? He stands out in a crowd of 13 year olds.
I don't know how I missed this blog, but Happy Belated birthday Tessa. Dalton loves to tell his friends that he has a twin cousin. Have a great year!
